Last day of this adventure

We got up this morning in Lincoln City At Logan Road RV Park. WE only had a planed trip of 81 miles so we tried to sleep in. Well that is as long as Charlie will let us. We did relax a bit and cooked breakfast. Sue did the bacon ad I did the eggs and spuds. Sue took Charlie for a walk and we headed out about 10 or so.


Our trip goes thru some very small towns, so it took about 2 hours to go 80 miles. We arrived at the Cannon Beach RV Resort about 1 pm. This is the place we weathered the storm last year. Like the 100 mph winds. We spent four days hear hanging on.

After setting up we went into town and took a look around. This is where Tony and Christie will be getting married in May. After two calls we still didn't find the place. They will have a good map in May, I'm sure. Got a nice picture of all the birds sitting on the beach with Tilly in the back ground. (Tillamock Rock Light House). We stopped and had a drink and then To Cranky Sues for dinner.

Cranky Sues is where we found food last year during the big storm. They were the only place open in the whole town. It is a good place to eat. Cranky Sue is fun.

After lunch/dinner we came back to the RV park and rested for a bit then went to the pool and hot tub. They have a enclosed and heated pool with a hot tub. We were in it last year when the power went out. This year it was fine, other than a family with kids. They were nice but a bit noisy. Now we are settling in for the evening. Tomorrow will be the last drive. Happy/Sad to be coming home. I HAVE TO GO BACK TO WORK.....................If there is any. See you all tomorrow. By the way I have added a little travel mileage thing. This is so I don't have to keep it in a book. Log book that is. By the way we hope Peggy had a good time.
