Just thought I would make an update. Its been really nice lately. The temps during the day have been around 70 to 72. So we have been outside a lot. We even went to the golf range and hit some balls. That was Saturday. We golfed on Sunday here at the Great Eagle Golf Course that runs thru Happy Trails. The driving range is just behind the Ranch where we stayed the last three years. Gads, does that mean we have been down here four years. Anyway, the course is in good condition. We played with a local couple. He is an attorney, they were both really nice. Should have taken a picture or two.
After golf when we got back to the Motor Home, Mary and her sister came to visit. Mary was going back home the next day. We all had a drink or two and a good visit. Mary's sister Dodie it turned out was afraid of dogs. Well, nobody can be afraid of Charlie. He won her over. He must take after his parents, one of them at least.
So currently Sue is up line dancing. I'm computing and Charlie is waiting for his mom to get back. We had the carpet and upholstery cleaned yesterday. It's amazing how nice the stuff looks now. The couch looks new. We had to get out while things got dry so we just ran errands. I would guess that after lunch we will take Charlie to the new dog park. They just enclosed an area for dogs to run off leash. It is really a pretty good sized area right next to the town center. I have been bobbing the last couple days. The bobbers had to move to the Town Center as NC2 is under repair. They are resurfacing the pool deck. Other than that stuff, we will see what comes next. Maybe go hit some more balls.
